1. Aceptación de los Términos / Acceptance of Terms
Al acceder o utilizar la plataforma Breeders, aceptas cumplir y quedar legalmente vinculado por estos Términos y Condiciones. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses el servicio.
By accessing or using the Breeders platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Elegibilidad / Eligibility
Debes tener al menos 13 años de edad para usar nuestros servicios. Si eres menor de edad según las leyes de tu país (incluyendo EE.UU. y México), necesitas el consentimiento de tus padres o tutores legales.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are a minor under the laws of your country (including the U.S. and Mexico), you must obtain consent from your parents or legal guardians.
3. Registro de Cuenta / Account Registration
Para acceder a ciertas funciones, debes crear una cuenta proporcionando información precisa, completa y actualizada. Eres responsable de la seguridad de tu cuenta y notificar cualquier uso no autorizado.
To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining your account's security and notifying us of any unauthorized use.
4. Uso Aceptable / Acceptable Use
No debes usar la plataforma para actividades ilegales, acosar, difamar, distribuir contenido ofensivo o infringir derechos de terceros. Cumple con las leyes locales, estatales y federales de México y EE.UU.
You must not use the platform for illegal activities, harassment, defamation, offensive content, or infringement of third-party rights. You must comply with all local, state, and federal laws of Mexico and the U.S.
5. Contenido del Usuario / User Content
Al publicar contenido, conservas tus derechos, pero otorgas a Breeders una licencia no exclusiva, mundial y sin regalías para usarlo con fines operativos y promocionales.
By posting content, you retain ownership, but grant Breeders a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for operational and promotional purposes.
6. Conducta Prohibida / Prohibited Conduct
No debes enviar spam, virus, intentar acceder sin autorización a cuentas, recopilar datos de otros usuarios sin permiso ni interferir con el funcionamiento de la plataforma.
You must not spam, spread malware, attempt unauthorized access, collect data without consent, or disrupt the platform's functionality.
7. Derechos de Propiedad Intelectual / Intellectual Property Rights
Todo el contenido original de Breeders, incluyendo logos, diseño, texto y software, es propiedad de la empresa y está protegido por las leyes de derechos de autor y propiedad industrial de EE.UU. y México.
All original content on Breeders, including logos, design, text, and software, is owned by the company and protected under copyright and intellectual property laws in the U.S. and Mexico.
8. Terminación / Termination
Podemos suspender o cancelar tu acceso si incumples estos términos o si consideramos que tu conducta afecta negativamente a otros usuarios o a la integridad del servicio.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we believe your conduct harms other users or the integrity of the service.
9. Limitación de Responsabilidad / Limitation of Liability
En la medida permitida por la ley, Breeders no será responsable por daños directos, indirectos, incidentales, consecuenciales o especiales que resulten del uso o incapacidad de uso del servicio.
To the extent permitted by law, Breeders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
10. Modificaciones / Modifications
Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos Términos y Condiciones en cualquier momento. Los cambios serán efectivos una vez publicados en la plataforma. Tu uso continuo constituye aceptación.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect once posted on the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. Ley Aplicable y Jurisdicción / Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de México y los Estados Unidos, especialmente del estado de Nueva York. Cualquier disputa será resuelta en tribunales competentes en dichas jurisdicciones.
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico and the United States, specifically the state of New York. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of those jurisdictions.

13. Moderación, Reportes y Tolerancia Cero / Moderation, Reporting, and Zero Tolerance
Breeders aplica una política de tolerancia cero respecto a contenido ilegal, ofensivo, sexual explícito, violento, amenazas, acoso, spam, discurso de odio o cualquier otra conducta abusiva.
Los usuarios que incurran en estas prácticas podrán ser suspendidos o expulsados sin previo aviso.
Cualquier usuario puede reportar contenido o comportamiento objetable usando las herramientas de la plataforma. Todos los reportes son revisados por nuestro equipo y se toman medidas correctivas en menos de 24 horas.
Breeders applies a zero-tolerance policy for illegal, offensive, sexually explicit, violent, threatening, harassing, spam, hate speech, or any other abusive conduct.
Users engaging in such conduct may be suspended or banned without prior notice.
Any user can report objectionable content or behavior using the platform’s reporting tools. All reports are reviewed by our team and corrective action is taken within 24 hours.
